Festival Paella

At festival we offer two different types of Paella.

1. Chicken & Chorizo paella
2. Vegetarian paella

We also sell drinks as well.

• All our paellas are 100 % gluten free.
• All our paella are 100 % dairy free
• All our paella are 100 % nut free

We have two marquee sizes that we can operate out of.  We prefer to operate out of the first one which is bigger.

1. 3 mts ( front) x 4.5 mts (deep)
2. 3 mts ( front) x 3 mts (deep)

• Yes. Both public & product liability insurance to the value of $20 million

When travelling to festivals outiside these council areas we always obtain a local Temporary Food Business License

Simple really

• 1 x 10 amp plug to run LED lights
• If no power is available we can run our LED lights on a 12V battery
• We have extension leads as well

• 3 x LPG bottles.

Yes. All LPG gas bottles are in date.

We cook with 3 x paella gas burners which are approved by the Australian Gas Association (AGA) for use in Australia.

Yes. We carry both a fire extinguisher & fire blanket as standard.

Gold Coast is home.

Yes. We have travelled as far as Rockhampton in the past to attend festivals.
