A paella loaded with a mixture fresh seafood, built up on a base of seafood stock, drizzled with aioli and served with lemon.

What's on your menu ?
We offer your guests a choice of 3 paella flavours to choose from
Seafood ( prawns , calamari, mussels, fish, scallops)

What about special dietary requirements ?
All paellas are 100 % gluten free | MSG free | dairy free | nut free
What is your minimum number of guests ?
40 guest is the minimum
Is there a minimum spend ?
About $900 give or take
What's included in the per head cost ?

Can I change the numbers ?
Sure, if you unsure of the exact numbers you can change them closer to the event date and we will adjust the invoice to suit
How do I book an event ?
Provide us with the date, and if available we will book you in.
Do you require a deposit to secure the booking ?
Yes. We ask clients to pay a 10 % deposit to secure the booking. Refundable if you need to cancle.
How does invoicing work ?
We send you an invoice via e mail. You can also pay cash on the night, this needs to be arranged beforehand though.
What is your set up ?
We like to operate out of a 3 x 3 mtr marquee from which we cook in and serve from. If space is tight, we can set up our tables & tripods.
What are you power requirment ?
If the event is at night, we will require access to power to run some lights, we cook with gas.
Where are you based ?
Gold Coast QLD
